Privacy Policy
What the bot, the website and the browser extension store — and for how long.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
What this policy covers
DexsAlertBot is a meme coin alert service on Telegram, together with this website and a browser extension. This page explains what each part stores, and for how long. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for marketing, and we use no analytics, advertising or tracking anywhere.
The bot
Account data
Your numeric Telegram ID, username and first name, as Telegram provides them on first start; your registration date and last activity; your chosen language and alert settings; your subscription status and expiry; who referred you and how many people you referred; and a flag if you blocked the bot. This is kept for as long as the account exists.
Payment data
Your last 50 payments (network transaction ID, amount, date). A pending invoice is kept until it is paid or until it expires after 60 minutes, then archived for 30 days and deleted; when a payment is confirmed, the sending wallet address is recorded with it. We keep a processed-transaction log of the most recent 5,000–10,000 transactions. Payments that could not be matched automatically are kept for manual review.
Referrals and commissions
The Solana wallet address you enter to receive your commission — you can delete it from the bot at any time — along with your commission balance and your last 50 commission entries.
Usage data
Your personal watchlist (up to 20 tokens, kept until you delete them). Free-plan counters, which are deleted automatically after 24 hours. An activity log containing the name of the command or button, the time, and the token address where applicable. A record of which users received which alert, for the last 1,000 tokens only, used to edit or delete alerts.
Logs and backups
Operational logs are rotated daily and about 3 days are retained. A daily backup of the data files is deleted automatically after 30 days.
The website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party trackers or fonts. The one request it makes is to our own server for the live counters shown on the home page. Standard server logs record the usual access information your browser sends with any request.
What we never store
- The text of your messages. Only the name of the command is logged, not what you wrote.
- Your phone number, email address, last name, or any password.
- Your private keys. We never ask for them, never store them, and cannot move your funds.
Deleting your data
The bot has no self-service delete button, and blocking the bot does not delete your data. Contact support and we will delete it manually.
What we share
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We rely on infrastructure providers (hosting) and on public network data sources, only as far as running the Service requires.
Solana transactions are public by nature and are recorded on the network for everyone to see. That is a property of the blockchain and is outside our control.
The Chrome extension
What the extension does
DexsAlertBot is the browser companion of the DexsAlertBot Telegram bot. It shows the same alerts and price surges that the bot sends you on Telegram, inside your browser, and opens the alerted token’s chart on the trading platform you use. It never asks for your wallet, never signs transactions and never trades.
Data sent to our server
The extension connects only to wss://dexsalertbot.com. It sends:
- A one-time link code that you copy from the bot, once, to link the extension to your bot account.
- A link token issued by our server after linking, used to authenticate the connection. It is stored on our server only as a one-way hash.
- Technical connection data: the extension version, the ID of the last alert received (so missed alerts can be re-delivered after a reconnect), and your browser’s standard User-Agent (used once, to show the device type — for example “Chrome · Windows” — in the confirmation message the bot sends you when you link or unlink).
Alerts you receive are the same alerts your bot account already receives. Your plan and free limits are applied by the bot, exactly as on Telegram.
Data kept only on your device
- Your settings (language, platform, sounds, alert position and duration).
- The list of recent alerts shown in the side panel (up to 150).
- The name of the last supported trading platform you visited (for example “axiom”), used to open charts on your platform. To detect it, the extension checks the address of the active tab locally against a fixed list of supported platforms. Addresses are never stored and never sent anywhere.
- A local technical log of recent alerts (whether the sound played and the on-screen alert appeared). It is never sent automatically.
What the extension does not do
- It does not read, collect or transmit the content of the web pages you visit. On web pages it only displays its own alert box.
- It does not collect your browsing history, passwords, wallet data, keys or personal information.
- It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking, and it does not sell or share any data with third parties.
Unlinking and deletion
“Unlink this browser” in the extension deletes the link token from our server and from your browser. You can also unlink all browsers from the bot (Menu → 🧩 Chrome Extension). Uninstalling the extension removes all data stored on your device.
