Who we are

DexsAlertBot (“DexsAlertBot”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”) operates a meme coin alert service delivered through Telegram, together with this website and the DexsAlertBot browser extension. By using any of them you agree to these Terms.

What the Service is — and what it is not

• We send information, not recommendations. Every alert reports activity we detected on a public blockchain. It is not advice to buy or sell, and it is not financial or investment advice.
• We do not guarantee any profit. Meme coin trading is high risk, and you can lose everything you put in.
• We do not trade for you. We never ask for your wallet, your private keys or a signature, and we cannot move your funds. The Service has no trading feature.
• Every decision is yours alone, and you alone are responsible for its outcome.
• We do not warrant that every figure is accurate. We rely on external data sources and public blockchain networks, which can be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable.

Eligibility

The free plan is open to anyone who can use Telegram. The paid Premium plan is for users aged 18 or older. By subscribing you confirm that you meet that age and that paying for the Service is lawful where you are.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or automatically republish our alerts, or build a service on top of them.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the bot, our servers or our interfaces.
• Automate requests or place any load that degrades the Service for others.
• Share a single Premium account between several people.
• Impersonate DexsAlertBot, or create bots, channels or accounts designed to be mistaken for ours.

We may suspend or close any account that breaches this, without a refund.

Subscription and payment

• The free plan needs no signup and has published daily limits.
• Premium costs $45 per month, paid in SOL, and is activated once the payment is confirmed on the Solana network.
• There is no automatic renewal. Nothing is ever charged automatically, and we hold no payment method of yours.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices or plan limits in the future. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Referral programme

You earn a commission on each Premium subscription that comes through your referral link, at the rates published on the pricing page. Commissions accrue as a balance in the bot.

• Payout threshold: once your balance reaches $8, it is paid in SOL within 24 hours.
• Your wallet, your responsibility. You set the receiving Solana address yourself in the bot (Referrals → My Wallet). A transfer sent to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered.

What voids a commission

• Self-referral in any form: a second account of your own, a person under your control, or paying for a referred account from your own wallet.
• Fake, purchased or automated accounts.
• Claiming to represent DexsAlertBot officially, or to work for us.
• Promising profits or guarantees in our name to attract referrals.
• Spam in groups, private messages or comments.
• Paid advertising on our brand name or on names made to resemble it.
• Any manipulation that produces referrals which do not represent genuine users.

We may hold a commission for review before paying it, cancel it if manipulation is established, and close the account involved. Our assessment in these matters is final.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity or other damage arising from a trading decision you made, from an interruption of the Service, from a delayed alert, or from an error in an external data source. In every case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month.

External tools

The website and the bot sometimes mention external networks, explorers and tools. These are independent services that we neither operate nor endorse, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last update, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country from which the Service is operated. We ask that any issue be raised with support first — nearly everything is resolved there.
